To inspire you all for current month challenge of splashymix , I made mixed media layout . I used the shades of  pink and peach. I used chippies, pink snow paste, texture paste. I also used die cuts, paints and embellishments as well.

Mixed Media Canvas : Forever

 Hello all,

This is Sneha here with another mixed media project . I am here to share my inspiration project for this month .October Moodboard

I have created 8x8 inch canvas. The moodboard is so elegant and beautiful. The colors inpired me the most. The peach is so soothing the first thing that came to my mind was shaby chic canavs. So here I am with a simple and elegant project. I started with the textures at the background. Using stencil and paste created beautiful textures.

 

 

As moodboard suggest peach and hint of green. I colored with combination of both but also keeping some portion of the canvas white.

 

 

 

 

I used a lot of chipboards in this project so i colored them also with same colors. I started building my composition with all the chipboards and handmade flowers.Keeping my focal point at the center I add the image inside the window chipboard.

 

 

 

One by one I add all the chipbaords , handmade flowers some die-cut forming a beautiful composition. At the end adding the finishing touches with decostones , glass glitters and beads with some glitters .

CHEERS TO NEW BEGINNING!!- Altered bottle by DT SIRISHA

Hello Everyone!

I am here to inspire you all once again with my Altered Bottle project for Splashymix Challenges October month. 

Inspired by this amazing October moodboard with so many beautiful colours and elements  

I have altered a old ketchup glass bottle with laces all over and adding the most beautiful moment of life with your best friends there by your side❤️❤️

 I used Coral and pink colored flowers added with beautiful die cuts and small handmade ribbon roses on the cake and other places. And obviously the fairy light which gave the bottle the perfect look it needed.

                       Myself am Sana Hamza from India.. I am thankful to Splashymix for this wonderful opportunity to be the guest designer for this month.

I started my journey in to this world of Mixed Media Art and Art Journals in 2016. I am also into altered art....I'm very passionate and I like to learn new things and new art.

I am sharing my project for @splashymix for October Month's Challenge. I created this mixed media layout as a guest DT....This month's moodboard has the wedding theme which includes the colors like pinks, peach and white which are so pleasant .

I was thinking about the weddings I have been to and how the details sometimes made the wedding feel more special....and this inspired me to create this layout🌸🌸🌸.
