I just love their collection of papers.  They are so beautiful.

This is my project for this month using some beautiful rice paper from ITD Collection.

I was inspired by the colours of the moodboard with the combination of white with a little bit of  green and pink and ITD Collections of papers.  I used a found old frame that had hooks attached to use as a canvas for my project.

The process I used was :

I added several layers of thick paint to the frame (Pink , white and green)

Next I sand papered parts of the paint off to give the frame an aging effect letting the different layers and colours to show through.

I then added the beautiful rice papers from our sponsor ITD Collection. I used two different papers from their collection. I first used the Home Sweet Home rose paper on the frame and in the center of the project I layered the second rice paper.  One of the papers I tore the papers to give them a more worn look.

My last step was to add a butterfly and some antiquing solution to give the frame another layer to add to the aging effect.

Thank you for stopping by and have a creative week.   Remember  this  challenge closes on 31st June 11.55PM IST. Winner will be announced on 3rd July 2020. Our challenge is open worldwide. Stay tuned to month long inspiration from our team.
