Rustic Home Decor Plaque

Hello fellow crafters! And  welcome to the new challenge for the month of May.
Jeanie Ellis, DT, here today to share with you my project.
Below is our mood board for this month...I LOVED working with this board!

Create any mixed media project incorporating inspiration from the Moodboard

Now on to my project! I have created a video process of my project...please check that out with all the details and what I used.

Here is a rundown of the process:
Gather supplies needed: Gesso, pastes, glue, stencil, texture paste....

"Stain" with diluted brown spice acrylic paint

Gesso the Title (Home)

Use Acrylic Paint (Tahiti Blue), applying with finger for more control

Use VersaMark to emboss Silver embossing powder, then
your rustic pastes to create "aged" look. TIP: Gesso
this first before inking

Use stencil and texture paste colored with acrylic paint

Add your embellishments with hot glue, liquid glue...your choice
