 CHRISTMAS WALL PLAQUE

Hello Everyone!

It is 25th December , Day of Christmas and luckily my birthday also. 

So I am presenting you two of my favourite art forms combined together in one project for my DT project here at Splashymix Challenges. Here is a perfect gift for Christmas  or to keep as show piece. 

Inspired by the beautiful and christmasy moodboard of December month, I have created a wooden plaque with 3D decoupage (paper tole) and mixed media techniques 

Created this paper tole Mixed media plaque with 10-11 different 3D decoupage paper elements combined together to form the entire scene  

This is how I prepared my mdf base with Finnabair texture paste and sand paste and coloured with Lindy’s sprays to get the perfect  tone. 

Few of the close ups of the project. Dont miss the 3D looks of each and every elements of the plaque  

Added some Finnabair snowflake texture paste here and there to give snowy effect. Finished with deco stones, Glitters and metal beads on the flowers.

Christmas Ornament

Mixed Media Layout- DT shraddha

 

Hello everyone 

 shraddha here , I am inspired by beautiful colours of september month moodboard. 

To inspire you all for current month challenge of splashymix , I made mixed media layout . I used the shades of brown, black, white and pink. I used chippies, snow paste, texture paste, shaker elements and window shaker. I also used die cuts, paints and embellishments as well.

Hello Hello!  

This is Jinal Savla, bringing you another inspiring project for the current month's board...

This is one of my best-loved theme.. I am a huge shabby chic fan.. it simply looks so elegant and classic... tones of grey's and pinks are my utmost favourite

Being inspired by the moodboard I created these mini folio, Its been a while I worked with my scrapbooking skills... When I first saw the moodboard I was absolutely sure what I wanted to make.. so combined my love for both together... <3

I have used multiple layers to give the depth 

embellished it with flowers, roses and diecuts

''Life is better with friends'' . we all agree with this. Friends are best buddies. They care about us, they love us and they are with us, whenever we need them. same we do for them.  Our life becomes colourful with friends just like the august moodboard of splashy mix.

hello everyone !!

This is shraddha sharma, inspired by the splashy mix wonderful and colourful moodboard.

I made this mixed media layout with transfer image technique. I used different mediums to create it and inspired by moodboard. I tried to add different colours and made it more colourful.

I used image transfer technique and made this butterflies wings and friends. I used crackle paste as well and clay to make the curtain.

I also used stencils and texture paste to create this brick look .

I used different embellishments and flowers to decorate it. I hope ,you guys are going to like it. Friendship is very important, never loose the good one .!!
